Meg is a PhD candidate in Health Economics  at Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR).



After completing her Master’s degree in Health Economics at Erasmus School of Economics, Meg decided to continue down the academic path, briefly holding a research assistant position, before accepting a PhD position at Erasmus in January 2017. Her doctoral research focuses on the quantitative effects of health care spending and the implications of these effects on medical decision making.

Meg has worked on three large EU projects – Actifcare, COMPARE and COMPAR, and spends a large portion of her time working with administrative data. She has attended various courses and conferences, is a member of the Rotterdam Global Health Initiative (RGHI) management team, and both teaches and  supervises in graduate courses at EUR.
